1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the website and Seributoto. They govern access to the Seributoto website, account services, sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, promotions, payment functions, and related customer support. References to “you” or “player” mean the registered user.

By visiting Seributoto, registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional rules displayed by Seributoto. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the service.

2.Definitions

In this agreement, “account” means the personal Seributoto profile created by an eligible player. “bet” or “wager” means a stake placed on a sports market, casino game, slot, live dealer table, or other available gambling product. “funds” include deposited money, settled winnings, refundable balances, and bonus funds where applicable.

“Bonus” means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, deposit match, reward, or similar benefit. “Payment method” means an approved bank, e-wallet, transfer network, or cryptocurrency option offered by Seributoto. “Verification” means identity, age, payment ownership, source-of-funds, or security checks reasonably required to protect players and the platform.

3.Account Eligibility

Seributoto is intended only for adults aged 21 and above. You may create and use an account only if you are at least 21 years old, have full legal capacity, are acting on your own behalf, and are not prohibited from gambling by law, court order, self-exclusion, employment restriction, or another binding obligation.

Each person may maintain only one Seributoto account unless written approval is given. Registration details must be complete, accurate, and current. False names, borrowed identities, duplicate profiles, shared accounts, and registrations made for another person are prohibited. Seributoto may request proof of identity, age, address, phone ownership, and payment ownership before allowing a deposit, bet, bonus, or withdrawal.

An account is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, pledged, or assigned. Residents travelling outside Malaysia remain responsible for checking local restrictions before logging in. Seributoto may decline registration or restrict access where eligibility, identity, jurisdiction, or responsible gambling concerns cannot be resolved.

4.Account Security

You must protect your username, password, one-time verification codes, and registered devices. Do not disclose login credentials to family members, friends, agents, or third parties. Activity completed through correctly authenticated credentials may be treated as authorised unless Seributoto has been notified of suspected compromise.

You must contact Seributoto promptly if a device is lost, a password is exposed, an unfamiliar transaction appears, or someone else gains account access. Seributoto may temporarily suspend the account, require a password reset, or request additional verification while investigating. Players should use a unique password and sign out after using a shared device or public connection.

5.Deposits and Player Funds

Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Depending on availability, Seributoto may support MYR deposits through Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other approved channels. Payment limits, processing times, and availability may vary by method and account status.

Seributoto is not a bank or savings service. Funds should be deposited only for genuine gambling activity. Attempts to use Seributoto for money transfers, payment cycling, cash conversion, or concealment of fund ownership may result in review, restriction, reversal where permitted, or account closure. A deposit may be delayed or rejected if information does not match the account or if verification is incomplete.

You are responsible for checking the amount and destination before confirming a transaction. Banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own limits or charges. Seributoto will display applicable platform charges before confirmation where required. Account balances do not earn interest.

6.Betting and Game Rules

A wager is accepted only when recorded as confirmed in the Seributoto system. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play events. You must review the stake, market, odds, and potential return before placing a bet.

Bets cannot ordinarily be cancelled after acceptance. Settlement follows the official result and the rules applicable to the selected market. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participants, duplicated markets, technical malfunctions, or results shown incorrectly may be corrected. Where a material error affected acceptance, Seributoto may void the affected wager and return the valid stake, subject to fair review.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the relevant game system and applicable game rules. Live dealer results are based on the completed game round. If a connection is interrupted after a wager is accepted, the server result remains valid. Players should review minimum stakes, maximum payouts, return-to-player information, and game instructions before participating.

7.Bonuses and Promotions

Seributoto promotions may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the offer. These may include a qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution rates, minimum odds, maximum promotional bet, expiry date, withdrawal cap, payment restrictions, and one-off eligibility. Specific promotional rules take priority for that promotion where they differ from these general terms.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one person, household, address, phone number, payment method, device, or shared network. Coordinated claims, duplicate accounts, low-risk wagering designed only to release bonus funds, opposite betting, or exploitation of a technical error are not permitted. Seributoto may remove a bonus and associated promotional winnings where a material breach is established.

Players should not accept a Seributoto bonus without understanding its wagering requirement. Withdrawal requests made before completion may cause the remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings to be removed, depending on the offer rules. Real-money balances and promotional balances may be used in a stated order.

8.Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawals are normally returned to an approved method in the registered player's name. Seributoto may request identity documents, payment evidence, account ownership details, or source-of-funds information before processing a withdrawal. First-time withdrawals and unusual activity may require additional review.

Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet, DuitNow, FPX, and Malaysian bank processing can be affected by maintenance, provider delays, public holidays, security reviews, incorrect details, or payment limits. Seributoto will not intentionally delay a valid withdrawal, but may hold processing where checks are reasonably necessary.

A withdrawal may be declined or returned if the destination does not belong to the account holder, the balance includes unsettled wagers, bonus conditions remain incomplete, verification has failed, or the transaction presents a security concern. Where possible, Seributoto support will explain what information is needed to continue.

9.Prohibited Use and Fair Play

You must use Seributoto honestly and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Opening duplicate, false, shared, transferred, or proxy accounts.
• Using another person's bank account, e-wallet, identity, or payment credentials.
• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, coordinated wagering, or insider betting.
• Using bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, unauthorised software, or system exploits.
• Abusing bonuses, refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, or obvious pricing errors.
• Threatening support staff, submitting forged documents, or concealing relevant information.
• Using Seributoto to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

Seributoto may investigate suspected misconduct, suspend affected functions, request information, void bets linked to proven manipulation, remove improperly obtained benefits, and close accounts where a serious breach is established. Reviews will take account of available records and the need to protect legitimate Malaysian players.

10.Responsible Gambling

Seributoto is for players aged 21 and above only. Gambling must be treated as paid entertainment and not as a source of guaranteed income. You should wager only money that you can afford to lose, avoid chasing losses, and never borrow money to gamble. Past results, advertised jackpots, and player wins do not guarantee future outcomes.

Eligible account tools may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A player who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to bypass the restriction by opening another account. Seributoto may also impose protective restrictions where account behaviour raises a reasonable concern.

11.Service Availability and Liability

Seributoto aims to provide a stable and secure service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device issues, internet congestion, banking outages, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. Players remain responsible for their own compatible device, connection, account security, and compliance with local law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seributoto is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, missed betting opportunities, third-party payment delays, or a player's failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.Changes, Suspension, and Account Closure

Seributoto may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, security requirements, payment methods, responsible gambling standards, or applicable obligations. Material updates will take effect from the stated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may request account closure after outstanding bets and valid payment obligations are resolved. Seributoto may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, unlawful use, security risk, extended inactivity, or responsible gambling reasons. Any valid withdrawable balance will be handled after required checks, subject to deductions or remedies permitted under this agreement.
